At Place, we don’t just work with any furniture maker, we find only the best companies who have systemized manufacturing processes and rigorous quality control testing. All the materials used are tested for durability, construction methods are assessed and verified and the finishing process is checked to maintain a consistent high standard. Before the shipment, every container, 10-30% of the products (randomly) will be checked to ensure they are in perfect condition (trust us, rarely sellers will doing that). We are also visiting our suppliers’ factories regularly to ensure all the production standards are met.
At Place, we use high quality Germany beech wood and Thailand ash wood (unless it is plywood) for our wood furniture, each piece will keep the beauty of its natural grain. The high density foam we used can remain responsive longer, it features the perfect amount of cushioning and stiffness. The fabric we use has good color fastness and wear-resisting. All the sewing work are 100% hand stitching done by skilled workers with many years experience, you can see the profession in the detail.
